Rashida does a great job always but this past service i think she was tired - i did not fully enjoy the massage, just also pay attention to detail on small things like the neatness of the room, closing clere bottles etc. it affects people like me who pay attention to detail

It had been 10 years since my last treatment at Amara's and I was not disappointed! Upgrade in facilities, warm welcome and excellent massage by a therapist called Mercy! I will be back next year!

Top tier service! I got a deep tissue sports massage by Makaita! I have to say one of the best beer massages I have received! The pressure was just what I needed as I prefer mine firm and hard! She was very polite, professional and paid attention to detail! Very nice environment at the Spa! It came recommended and I would recommend as well, the facilities are great! Have been here twice to get my nails done and always impressed. They really take their time, no rushing and great nail prep! Last time my nails lasted almost a whole month.

The ambiance of the spa is simply delightful—soft lighting, soothing music, and the subtle scent of essential oils created a serene environment that allowed me to leave my worries behind. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the start.
I opted for a hot stone massage, and my therapist, Valerie, was phenomenal. She took the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort and tailored the session to my needs. The massage itself was nothing short of blissful. Valerie had the perfect balance of skill and intuition; her expert hands worked wonders on my sore muscles, melting away stress and tension.
Every element of the massage was fantastic—from the gentle pressure to the carefully chosen scents of the oils used. I particularly loved how she incorporated techniques that focused on both relaxation and rejuvenation. I felt completely relaxed and floated out of the treatment room with a renewed sense of calm.
What also stood out to me was the attention to detail throughout the visit. The post-massage herbal tea I was offered was a lovely touch, allowing me to slowly transition back to reality.

Worst service ever
I will never come here again
After I drive 30 minutes they told me I am late with 10 min so they can only do the massage for 20minutes.
People are coming here for medical reason and Harare traffic might put you in trouble. You do not have to leave exactly at 5 pm
You can wait your customer for 10 minutes

This place is exactly where I needed to be for my pamper day.
I did my research on good spa’s in Harare and I’m glad I landed here. I ended up picking this place because it has that “cozy feel/appeal”.
The stuff is very professional, understanding and patient as I had a few challenges on my end while trying to secure the booking.
Upon arrival, I was impressed with the landscaping. It felt like I had entered a secret garden. There were no delays and everything went smoothly.
The ambience was on point. Hygiene was up to standard and my therapist, Valerie did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I had my mani-pedi with the amazing nail tech Ropa, who is such was a doll.
With my Spalebrations package came a bottle of sparkling and a fruit platter. I love that they have an option for non-alcoholic bubbly.The fruit platter on the other hand did not live to expectations. The fruits tasted bland and they weren’t so fresh. It was okay, but I expected better.
Other than that, I truly enjoyed my experience at Amara’s health spa. I look forward to coming back. Thank you for the memorable experience.

This has to be the most relaxing spa experience I have ever had. The Spa has a wonderful ambiance and is beautifully set out. The atmosphere is relaxed and sophisticated. The attention to detail is what surprised me. All the staff are so welcoming, professional and beautifully presented, Thank you to all the staff at The Spa. My out most appreciation to Lindi who gave me my massage, I have a pinched nerve on my lower back it gives me chronic pain It becomes unbearable. After Lindi gave me the massage the pain was gone I have better lower back mobility and i felt super relaxed, a truly professional and luxurious experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

I visited Amara's on my trip to Harare. I had a massage and pedicure. The service was first class throughout - the reception; the private rooms; the design and service. My massage therapist Maks is obviously experienced and highly skilled. The treatment was not just good, it was transforming.

Rebecca or Rachel did an absolutely amazing neck and shoulder massage! Left me feeling amazing! Unfortunately the room I was in was as very dated, dirty and had no toilet seat as well as all the dirty linen from other guests. Sad to see but the spa itself is comfortable and the masseuses are very good but the rooms are mediocre
